Taha UYGUN is the managing partner of Uygun Law Firm. He has extensive knowledge and experience in information and technologies Law, data protection, real estate law, commercial and corporate law, contracts law, intellectual property law, foreign investor law, restructuring of institutions, labour law and international arbitration law. Before establishing Uygun Law Firm which is a member of International Chamber of Commerce- Young Arbitration Forum, Swiss Arbitration Association- ASAb40, Institute for International Arbitration by the Center for American and International Law- Young ITA and Istanbul Arbitration Centre- Young ISTAC, Taha UYGUN has been involved in a number of national and international restructuring projects, data protection compliance projects, cross-border M&A projects, including many legal review projects, finance, construction, real estate and block-chain projects. Taha UYGUN provides consultancy to his clients on the establishment of all kinds of subsidiaries, including limited liability companies, joint stock companies. Also, he attends hearings in arbitration and litigation trials. He continues to participate in new trainings as well.

Prior to establishing Uygun Law Firm, he has worked in international law firms operating in Turkey and also in various international law firms and a NGO in Turkey, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Ukraine, Azerbaijan and Georgia. He did his mandatory military service as an artillery lieutenant, legal councel and deputy disciplinary officer in Akçakale, Şanlıurfa.
